The story is set in a gritty, mid-80s Manhattan where a string of mysterious attacks on young women leaves the NYPD baffled. Detective Dale Androtti (Lance Lewman) and Dr. Gamble Pace (Teresa Farley) discover a chilling pattern: all the victims are virgins who have been impregnated with an otherworldly organic material.
A grotesque has established a nest within the city's abandoned subway system. The creature stalks "virgin" prey to use as reproductive hosts for its offspring. As the victims fall into a trance-like state and disappear into the underground passages, the doctor and detective must race to stop the infestation before the human race is replaced.
