In practical terms, Entropy turned the game world into a ticking clock. No longer were battles static. Every kill, every execution, and every death added to a global "Entropy Score." Once that score hit a threshold, the map geometry, weather systems, and even NPC behaviors would degrade or mutate.

Executioners World features a unique "Echo System" where previous runs leave spectral traces of weapons on the map. In -Entropy-, these echoes are corrupted. A sword that dealt fire damage in your last life might, upon pickup in 1.3.1, deal random self-damage or invert your movement controls. The game actively gaslights your historical knowledge.
