Disney+ Hotstar held the rights for a while because they absorbed the Star TV and Imagine TV libraries. However, as of recent checks, the 2011 version is not available on Hotstar. They currently host the 2018 Chandragupta Maurya on Sony TV, but not the 2011 version.
