Open the folder and double-click USB_TV_Stick.exe .

Poor support. Requires libusb and the DVBDriver from the now-abandoned EyeTV ecosystem. Not recommended for macOS beyond High Sierra.

Find the "Unknown Device" or "USB TV Tuner" with a yellow alert icon.
