The episode ordering is inconsistent. Some releases count the two recap episodes (Episodes 6.5 and 10.5) differently. Renumber your subtitle files to match your video’s episode numbering.
Often considered the gold standard for movie and anime subtitles. You can find "Death Note" organized by episode number, with ratings from other users to indicate accuracy.
