Prem, a happy-go-lucky guy who leads a "Prem Association" (a club for helping lovers), falls for Jenny. But Jenny loves someone else. Chaos ensues when Prem selflessly tries to unite Jenny with her boyfriend, leading to mistaken identities, comedy, and eventual true love.
