If prompted about unsigned drivers, you may need to temporarily disable driver signature enforcement in Windows recovery settings.
Unlike Windows 7 or XP, Windows 11 (and 10 before it) requires all kernel-mode drivers to be digitally signed by Microsoft. The official drivers provided by Hantek on the original CD are essentially "libusb" based drivers, which are not signed for modern Windows.
