Very rarely, a legitimate installer might be compressed into a 72 MB file. However, even with maximum compression (e.g., using LZMA algorithms), Office 2003 cannot shrink below ~250 MB without data loss. If you see a 72 MB file claiming to be the full suite, it is almost certainly incomplete .
